Accent Equity is acquiring 51% of the shares in the rapidly growing company which develops, manufactures and sells coffee machines. The present owner and CEO, Georg Möller, and the management team of the company will own the remaining shares. Coffee Queen’s headquarters and main production facilities are situated in Arvika where approximately 60 people are employed. Wholly owned subsidiaries are found in China, Germany and Norway. The company reported a turnover of about SEK 170 million in the most recent financial year.Coffee Queen has established itself as a leading supplier of professional coffee machines for offices, restaurants and the service trade. Since the early 80s, the company has grown from 5 employees to over 100 today. The turnover has during the same period more than ten folded. Coffee Queen expects a turnover of more than SEK 225 million for 2007. Coffee Queen is the largest actor in the HoReCa sector in Sweden and has a strong position in the other Nordic markets. The products are manufactured in the company’s production facilities in Arvika and Shanghai.
